All the best heroes are ordinary people who make themselves extraordinary, and this was certainly the case for Prep 1 pupils who celebrated their half-term topic of Superheroes, by holding a ‘Superhero Day’.
Dressed up in their unique self-designed costumes, pupils used their super powers to bake some amazing cakes with a bit of ‘Shazam’. Demonstrating their superpowers whilst dancing to music with a ‘kapow, boom, and bang’, pupils developed special dance routines and gestures.
Inspired by their superheroes, pupils then created their own ‘superhero puppets’ using a variety of colours and materials.
A great day was had by all – well done, Super Prep 1
