We would like to thank Fens Falconry of Wisbech St Mary for a fantastic Birds of Prey demonstration for our new families joining us in 1st Form. This was a wonderful opportunity for pupils and parents to meet each other before starting the 1st Form in September. Lots of activities including quizzes, hotly contested bird beak and nest building challenges, pellet analysis and various craft activities; as well as information about birds of prey. We also had a flying display by Fens Falconry. Thank you also to the many helpers on the day including Thomas Fox in 3rd Form who is a key member of the club.
Based on the enthusiasm shown on the day, we will definitely be organising more events like this in the future.
