I have been employed at Wisbech Grammar School since 2021 and lead a team which comprises an HR Assistant and the Pupils Services / Reception Team.
I have 35 years’ Leadership experience across the Service, Manufacturing and Education sectors (state and independent) and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
My role is to provide a full Human Resources service to the school and members of staff which covers guidance on HR and legal policy, recruitment and resourcing, employee relations and communications, and guiding through organizational change projects. My focus in all my work is in ensuring that our pupils are at the heart of everything we do and that I add value to that.
